Littler and its employees feel a great sense of pride in giving back to the community. Quarterly, employees nominate local organizations to partner with and support. This initiative has brought employees together creating a strong sense of morale as well as making a difference in the community.
Working on the Littler charitable giving campaigns is always an enjoyable experience. They are full of bright color, and creative energy. The above work includes samples of various campaigns for organizations such as the Community Blood Bank, The Ronald McDonald House, Big Brothers and Big Sisters, Wayside Waifs, and the Angel Tree.

Litty Llama Learns

Litty Llama has been busy providing kids fun activities throughout the COVID-19 quarantine. I drew inspiration for this project from my life long love of llamas, and a desire to spark some joy during a fearful time. This campaign was so much fun to work on, and gave me the opportunity to create a character as well as wireframes, logos, digital elements, interactivity, and kid friendly DIYs. “Thank you for being in it to win it!” became the theme for Littler’s Employee Appreciation spring event. I drew inspiration for this project from the venue, The College Basketball Experience, and the concept of working better together. The imagery in this campaign shows how many little parts can become greater when put together. This campaign included invitations, event communications, and event signage and wraps.

Kansas City Speech Professionals opened their doors to help those who struggle with speech find their voice. KCSP offers testing and services for all ages in: Comprehensive Dyslexia Diagnostics Articulation Evaluation, Multisensory Reading Intervention, Tongue Thrust Therapy, Voice Therapy, and Stroke Rehabilitation with the care of a small business setting.
The KCSP logo captures the friendly ease their company provides, all while being strong enough to stand out in the marketplace.

Sizewise Design Language System

In 2016, Sizewise celebrated 20 years of service in the medical manufacturing industry. This milestone created the opportunity to modernize the design language of Sizewise for the next 20 years and beyond.
Working on updating the design language of Sizewise allowed me to give the company a bold and modern look, which matched the approach they take when creating their products. The logo itself is a nod to the main values of Sizewise, innovation and service. Innovation is represented through the bold look of the logo, while service is represented by the softness of the overall line and shape

Littler CRM Email Templates

When Littler choose to update their CRM tool to a new platform, I had the opportunity to create the foundation templates and elements the CRM team needed to make the platform a cohesive success.
I began this project by creating a wireframe and then expanding to 5 basic templates to support the various content structures needed by the CRM team. Within each theme different color hierarchies and imagery options were used to make several different options that all felt like part of the Littler system. The finial result of this project made Littler’s emails appear more cohesive without creating limitations and making the content appear redundant

Littler Design Language System

As a part of the Littler team, I had the opportunity to help create a language system that was formed out of intention rather than the previous system of necessity. The common values that make up Littler’s products and services are innovation and collaboration. Collaboration is at its best when several people with different backgrounds and experiences, come together to create solutions. The visual concept of this branding campaign demonstrated how when all of the moving parts come together the light of innovation shines.
Brandpharm

Brand Pharm is a marketing asset management tool that was created to make marketing services more accessible to internal clients. This web-based application allows sites to create advertisements and marketing materials that are specific to their location. The materials available on Brand Pharm were designed to meet the brand standards of Sanford Health and allow for local clinic or facility customization.

This annual report highlights the pride Littler takes in celebrating diversity &and inclusion to our current and potential clients. This piece relied heavily on photography taken throughout the year at various events. The end result captured the excitement and passion that Littler has for this core value.

As Littler expands its legal practice globally, I was honored to brand the first large scale Global Executive Employer Conference held at the Oxo Tower in London. This event provided global employers with legal updates to help them maintain legal compliance. I created large scale event graphics for significant curved walls, the conference stage, presentations, and so much more.
Bar Harre

A fun, just because project, Bar Harre is the personal bar of my brother-in-law. When he opened the bar he had dreamed of for years to friends and family, I created a logo and laser cut barware to complete the true bar feel.
